Narnia

We finally got around to going to see Narnia today. We took the twins, who had been asking to go since it came out, so as it was good old Orange Wednesday, we went along for out two for ones.
It was very good - beautifully shot and what fantastic special effects. But the girls were a bit scared and jumped onto our knees and hid their little faces in quite a few bits. Dolly was pretty upset when Aslam got shaved and killed, and was saying Poor Yiyon, Poor Yiyon. This is very good language for Evie, as she has a severe speech and palate problem - but she is a sensitive little soul, and very kind and thoughtful. Anyway, all ended well as the Yiyon came back to life as you probably know and it was a happy ending. As a childrens film must be.
Now, I`d love to take them to see Harry Potter, but son reckons that this film would be too frightening for them.
